Just Say No!

Have you ever heard the saying "when it becomes more painful to stay tight in the bud then to bloom, you will take a risk and bloom"?

Most Victims of Narcissism don't start No Contact until the pain is just too unbearable to stay in contact.

When you decide it's just to painful, you will make the choice to stay away. It's like continuing to put your hand on a hot stove after it has burned you time and again. You know if you put your hand on that hot stove it will burn you, its the nature of the beast. If you want to stop being burned you have to step away from the stove.

You have to realize you won't get what you really need with a narcissist. There will NEVER be a happily ever after. The only happy ending is with yourself and perhaps a new partner, in the future, who truly has the capacity to love you and care about you.

To start with you have to love and care about yourself enough to let go.

You can do it! Just decide to!
